BETA DIESEL MANUFACTURING PLANT
Biodiesel production is the production of biofuel through the chemical reactions of transesterification and esterification. This involves vegetable or animal fats and oils being reacted with short-chain alcohols.
OUR TECHNOLOGY :
Green diesel is produced through hydrocracking (a catalytic cracking process at high temperature and pressure in the presence of added hydrogen) or hydrogenation (a catalyzed surfactant chemical reaction with molecular hydrogen).
GREEN DIESEL PRODUCTION
HYDROCRACKING:
A process that breaks down larger molecules into smaller ones using high temperature and pressure, along with added hydrogen. This method is effective in converting a wide range of feedstocks, including those not suitable for traditional biodiesel production, into high-quality diesel.
HYDROGENATION:
Involves adding hydrogen to the feedstock in the presence of a catalyst. This process saturates the molecules, leading to the production of a stable and high-quality diesel fuel.
